The MEAN WELL SD-200B-48 is 48V DC to DC Converter. This type of DC to DC Converter is also known as a step up or boost converter given it's ability to take a DC voltage input from 19v to 36v converting up to an isolated and regulated 48v output. 
The SD-200B-24 has an output current of 200 Watts at 4.2A.
