Powder Coated Steel Enclosures

Our range of steel enclosures is all designed to meet the elements with epoxy polyester powder coating textured finishes. This ensures these cabinets remain resilient to moisture, corrosion, oxidation and harsh UV rays and are rated with IP66 ratings.

All models feature a minimum wall and door thickness of 1.2mm, ranging up to 1.5mm. Each model features a right-hand opening door, with an opening range of 120°. These doors are also fitted with quarter-turn locks. Each model features a gland plate enabling accessibility to feed connections in without diminishing the protective rating of the overall power cabinet.

Plastic ABS Enclosures

ABS, Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene, are moulded plastic enclosures designed to house connection or junction points. ABS plastic enclosures are a lightweight and aesthetically appealing solution, providing excellent electrical insulation and are chemically resistant, making them suitable for most conventional installations.

In most instances, these smaller enclosures are better suited for indoor/sheltered environments, as harsher conditions, where excessive heat and sunlight can occur, will see these enclosures begin to fail.

Power Source PBOX

The Power Source PBOX range is a cost-effective solution of a smaller enclosure suited for some of the harsher industrial installations. This range features a UV-stabilised material, prolonging the structural integrity over its lifetime. This range features IK08 impact ratings and an IP66 ingress protection. This range also features flame-retardant rated up to UL94-V2.

The PBOX range also features variations for PC clear lids and metal inserts.

PowerNex TJ-AG

The PowerNex TJ-AG plastic distribution boxes are IP66 ingress protection-rated enclosures, featuring an IK9-rated impact resistance. These enclosures are made from high-end polycarbonate materials with a UL945VA flame-retardant rating. These enclosures are designed for conventional indoor and outdoor installation.
